About the Program
Private lessons are offered to students of all ages and experience levels on a weekly basis throughout the 34-week academic year, as well as during the summer. The academic year begins the Monday after Labor Day (SEPTEMBER 11th 2023), and ends sometime between the last week of May and the third week of June, depending on the day of the week and its corresponding holidays and snow days.
Students must enroll for the full 34 week academic year. New students may enroll at any time during the academic year, pending faculty availability, and tuition will be prorated for the number of weeks remaining. Read and download our full policies below. During the summer, students may enroll for whatever number of lessons they would like, in accordance with a teacher's availability.
NCMC offers 30, 45, and 60-minute private lessons in the following: ​

*Traditional or Suzuki instruction available (Suzuki required for children under 7 years old) ​ 30-minute lessons = $1,428 ($42 per lesson) 45-minute lessons = $1,904 ($56 per lesson) 60-minute lessons = $2,312 ($68 per lesson) ​ New students can begin anytime during the academic year and the tuition will be prorated.
