Sue Kurian received her B.M. and M.M. from the Juilliard School. A founding member of the Kurian-Nix flute and guitar duo, Sue is also the director of Northampton Flutes, an adult flute ensemble. She has performed in Carnegie, Avery Fischer and Town Halls and toured Italy as a member of the Academy of Salerno. Sue has also taught at the Smith College Campus School and the Community Music School of Springfield.

Teacher at NCMC since 2003.
