In-kind Gifts
NCMC needs many items such as office, program, and maintenance supplies. To find out what we need the most and to donate any of those items directly, please visit our Amazon Gift Registry (coming soon).
Also needed: Gift cards in any amount from local or national businesses are a wonderful way to provide a donated item to our annual Silent Auction. They may be mailed to or dropped off at NCMC, 139 South St., Northampton, MA 01060
Pianos:
In general, NCMC is not able to accept donations of pianos. However, exceptions are made for valuable instruments in exceptional condition. If you have a functional piano that NCMC cannot accept, you can post a flyer on our community board and our staff will alert our piano faculty of its availability.
NCMC is unable to accept the following items:
Photocopies of sheet music
Music books that are moldy, torn, or in otherwise poor condition
Outdated/non-functioning electronics
Musical instruments that require major repairs
Housewares/household items
We encourage donors to contact us about intended donation items before bringing them to the Center. All donors receive letters acknowledging their tax-deductible in-kind gifts.
