Terms:

The person submitting this registration form must be 18 years of age or older.
Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an email invoice from NCMC to pay your tuition balance. Students who take private lessons at NCMC can register for this class at no extra charge. You can contact registrar@ncmc.net for help with invoices, or see our F.A.Q. (linked above).
