Michèle Smith

Michèle Smith teaches piano at NCMC. She studied piano, organ, theory, composition and conducting, and received her B.A. in music from Smith College and M.A. in musicology from Eastman School of Music. She has performed on piano and organ, and has accompanied dance groups, solists and ensembles throughout the area. She has taught at STCC, Holyoke Community College, and tthe Community Music School of Springfield. Michèle is currently organist and choir director at the Leverett Congregational Church and composes/arranges music for choral ensembles.
