How to Register

  1. Download the Registration Form (which contains our Policies & Procedures) and the Scholarship Application if applicable. (To download files, right-click [control-click for Mac users] on the link and select "download file.")
  2. Fill out the Registration form completely. (Incomplete forms will be returned.)
  3. Mail the Registration form to:
