Brass Ensemble

Being able to accurately play notes and rhythms is the starting point for this group. The focus is on developing musicality and the intricate nuances of ensemble playing. 3 or more years of prior study required. Audition required.

Chamber Ensembles (youth and adult)

String, wind, and piano players will be coached in groups by age and ability. Times to be arranged by group consensus.

Double Bass Ensemble
For bass students who are looking for an ensemble experience. Time to be arranged by group consensus.

Flutations
This "junior flute choir" provides a beginning ensemble experience for flutists. Two or more years of study and teacher recommendation required.

Flute Choir
Adult flute players meet as a group to explore a variety of repertoire for flute ensemble. Time to be arranged by group consensus.

For guitar students who are looking for an ensemble experience. Time to be arranged by group consensus.

Piano Connection
A monthly piano ensemble group for adults in which participants share solo repertoire in progress, sight-read 4-hand pieces, discuss style, structure and form, and share articles and books pertaining to the piano world. It's like a "book group" for pianists.
Instructors: Meg Kelsey Wright & Xiaoyu Xie
Thursdays, 10:00am, once per month:
9/27, 10/25, 11/29, 12/20, 1/31, 2/28, 3/27, 4/24, 5/29, and 6/19.
$20 per class.
